Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Zellsy.com, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are glad to assist with returns and exchanges as long as the conditions below are met.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Footwear must have no scuff marks on the outsole

  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly from Zellsy.com

If these conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot process a return or exchange, regardless of whether the item was mailed back to us.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • U.S. orders: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date

  • International orders: Requests must be made within 20 days of delivery date

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 In-Person Exchanges (If Applicable in the Future)

If Zellsy opens physical pickup/return locations in the future, customers may exchange items in person with original packaging and receipt. At this time, exchanges are handled online only.

3.2 Online Exchanges

To process an online exchange:

  1. Email support@zellsy.com

  1. with your order number and reason for exchange

  2. Include the item(s) with original packaging and receipt in your return parcel

  3. Ship the item using a traceable shipping method

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange

  5. If the requested replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference

  6. If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit


4. Online Returns (Store Credit Only)

Returns processed through Zellsy.com will be refunded via Store Credit, issued once your returned item is received and inspected.

  • Store Credit is valid for 30 days

  • Store Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Store Credit can be used online only (not in future retail locations)

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your package for processing.


5. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Items can only be returned or exchanged once per order

  • We may refuse free return privileges if repeated returns involve the same item type

  • Our return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Zellsy.com makes no implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose

  • All decisions made by Zellsy.com regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are final
